My workstation is a completely new, original Win 10 Pro 64-bit installation (NOT an upgrade from Win 7, 8 or 8.1) I click OK, get the same message box repeated, click OK again and then receive a message box stating, "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application." Clicking OK to this message gets me back to the odbc administrator. Whenever I open the odbc administrator (32 or 64 bit) and try to create the dsn, i receive a message, "Unable to load odbcji32.dll". I'm trying to create an odbc dsn to facilitate data interaction between Excel 2016 and Access 2016 (Office 365, 32-bit).
